Who is this course for?

Everyday Brain Fitness courses are specifically designed for adults over age 65, seniors recovering from injury or surgery, and caregivers supporting aging loved ones.

What will I be doing in this course?

You will get access to 14 daily affirmations and short movement lessons. The course is designed for you to take a few minutes each day to learn and practice one of these meditative movements paired with an affirmation.  You can repeat this cycle as desired every two weeks. Or, since this is a self-paced course, you are also welcome to to complete the course on whatever schedule works best for you!

Will I get personal feedback on my work?

No. This free course is a digital self-paced course and does not include any live classes or instructor interaction.

Will I need any technical skills?

You will need to be able to whitelist our email address, so that our communications don’t go into your email spam folder. If you are unsure how to do this, then consider getting a tech-savvy family member or friend to help you.

How long will I have access to the course?

You will have unlimited access to this course for the lifetime of Everyday Brain Fitness.

Can I share the exercise videos & links with my spouse and friends?

This is inadvisable because inside the course platform it will be difficult to tell who completed which exercises and affirmations unless each person has their own separate course access. Since this course is free, it would be better for each person to sign up using their own email. We hate spam and value your privacy, so we will never share your email without your permission.
